WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING A SESSION?
For this treatment type you should come dressed in comfortable clothes that you can move freely in. Work out attire is recommended.

Expect a brief consultation on what your needs and desires are before diving right into stretching. You will then get a full body warm up and tune up with breath and assisted stretching by Carolyn. As the body is warm we can move into some deeper, longer stretches and use recovery tools available. There may also be a need for some pranayama, also known as breath work, and other somatic practices to help the body release energetic blockages as well. Once pain points and areas that need extra attention are identified you will move into some take home stretches with instruction, and any other advise that's needed between visits. We will end the session with a cool down, and final stretches that will leave your body feeling activated and ready to move on to what's next for you in your day, feeling X10 times better. Think Yoga, plus stretch therapy with a touch of somatic therapy and body awareness. Expect to learn more about your body, mind and soul, relieve pain, tension, stress and DisEASE in the body.
