Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Blair specializes in prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care. She is certified in Webster technique and has a passion for serving the community to reach their optimal potential. She is proud to bring her Holistic Chiropractic and Wellness practice to the Austin, TX community. Dr. Blair has a personal passion for chiropractic care, which began during high school after suffering from severe rib pain that prevented her from living the active life she was use to. This was when she visited a Chiropractor herself for the first time. The experience and journey back to health and wellness ignited a desire in her to help others heal through chiropractic care. When she entered chiropractic school, she began to develop the belief that entire families can reach their optimal health through chiropractic care, and believes that people of all ages can benefit from removing interference to their spine and nervous system.

During chiropractic school, Dr. Blair became Founder and President of the Pediatric and Pregnancy Chiropractic Club. This blessed her with the opportunity to have several mentors within the profession of Chiropractic Pediatrics. While completing her chiropractic internship, she worked at a wellness office that focused on pediatric and pregnancy care in Dallas, TX. In 2014, she graduated from chiropractic school and continued working at the wellness practice. She now specializes in prenatal chiropractic care and pediatric detoxification programs. Later, she relocated to Austin, TX to continue her career.

When Dr. Blair was in high school, she was a competitive dancer who suffered from extreme exertion pain in her rib cage. She went to several doctors checking her lungs and liver, with all tests coming back normal. One of her best friends was a Chiropractic Assistant, and suggested that she come see her Chiropractor. She started receiving regular chiropractic care, and all her pain dissipated. Not only was she pain free, but she noticed she could breathe easier, her lifelong allergies disappeared, and she was an overall more energetic and positive young teenager. As her high school years progressed, she knew she wanted to become a chiropractor. Dr. Blair has always had a passion for health and fitness and a drive to inspire those around her to live a healthy lifestyle.

Currently, Dr. Blair lives in North Austin, TX and enjoys spending time with her husband outdoors, hiking, paddle boarding, doing yoga, and beating him at checkers.
