PERSONAL
When Dr. Blair was in high school, she was a competitive dancer who suffered from extreme exertion pain in her rib cage. She went to several doctors checking her lungs and liver, with all tests coming back normal. One of her best friends was a Chiropractic Assistant, and suggested that she come see her Chiropractor. She started receiving regular chiropractic care, and all her pain dissipated. Not only was she pain free, but she noticed she could breathe easier, her lifelong allergies disappeared, and she was an overall more energetic and positive young teenager. As her high school years progressed, she knew she wanted to become a chiropractor. Dr. Blair has always had a passion for health and fitness and a drive to inspire those around her to live a healthy lifestyle.

Yael Garcia, Parker University Intern
Originally from central Mexico, I moved to Texas at 14 with a strong desire to pursue higher education. At Baylor University, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, which sparked my fascination with how our bodies function and how we can enhance well-being through science. My path took a significant turn after graduation when I interned at a hospital, where I was disheartened by the impersonal nature of care and the focus on symptom management through medication rather than addressing root causes.

This experience left me feeling uncertain about the traditional medical approach until I discovered chiropractic care. Learning about chiropractic’s holistic, root-cause-focused philosophy rekindled my hope and passion for a more impactful way to help people. In 2021, I began the Doctor of Chiropractic program at Parker University, aligning with my commitment to non-invasive, patient-centered care.

Outside of my professional life, I stay active through yoga, pilates, and cycling, which help me maintain balance and vitality. I cherish time with my husband and our two dogs, who bring joy and stability to my life. These experiences and passions enrich my approach to chiropractic care, allowing me to connect deeply with my patients and make a meaningful difference in their lives.
Taylor Brooks, Parker University Intern
Taylor Brooks, born and raised in Allen, Texas, discovered a natural talent for gymnastics at a young age, beginning rigorous training at just five years old and excelling in competitions for 15
years. This dedication instilled in Taylor a strong sense of discipline and resilience.
After high Taylor pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at the University of Arkansas, excelling academically and remaining active in the gymnastics community. This foundation led Taylor to Parker University, where a Doctor of Chiropractic degree was completed in December 2024.
Combining extensive knowledge of kinesiology with chiropractic, Taylor is committed to holistic health and wellness, employing a patient-centered approach to improve health and well-being, inspiring others through a dedication to continuous learning and professional excellence.
