Studio Rental

Our studio space consists of 900 square feet of warehouse space with laminated flooring. There is an A/C and heating unit in the warehouse space as well as additional space heaters.

There is a reception and break room area of about 400 square feet with a sink, a single bathroom with a sink, and a filter water dispenser with hot and cold water.

Included in the studio hourly rental price is the use of the audio system that will accommdate both CDs as well as auxiliary input devices such as an iPod/iPhone or other MP3 players.

All instructors who are renting space must hold liability insurance coverage for their practice.

The rate to rent the space is as low as $25/hour for standing reservations and $30/hour for single use.
