Rachel Weisberg, LAc - is an inspired alternative healthcare practitioner who is dedicated to improving your quality of life by guiding you on the path to good health. This is accomplished through an integrative approach to healthcare; by combining her skills as acupuncturist, herbalist, and nutritional counselor, Rachel helps engage your body’s own innate natural healing resources.
While she treats a number of conditions, her specialties include pain management, stress and allergy relief, as well as digestive and women's health. She firmly believes that mental health has a profound effect upon the body, and seeks to help her patients find their own balance through Traditional Chinese Medicine, physical fitness, and their own personal spiritual and relaxation practice. Her goal is to use TCM to gently guide you to a more vital, meaningful, and enjoyable life.
Rachel is board certified to practice acupuncture in both Texas and California, and is a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine (DiplOm) with the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She earned her BA with Honors in Cultural Anthropology at the University of California at Santa Barbara and her MS in Traditional Chinese Medicine (comprising over 3,000 hours of clinical and theoretical training) at the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco, where she grew up.
Rachel completed a year of clinical rotations at the Jewish Home for the Aged, the ACTCM Community Ear Acupuncture Project, and the ACTCM Community Clinic
