She reached her goal of completing the Disney Marathon and has placed top three in many other runs including 5k's, 10k's, mud-runs and 1/2 marathons. Stacy knows the challenges of losing and maintaining the weight, especially with the daily struggle of family demands, which led her to become a personal trainer in hopes to help others in their weight loss adventure.

Rachel Haller- Certified Yoga Instructor. Rachel began practicing yoga in 2000 while
pregnant with her son. Although her yoga practice began as a means to
exercise safely during pregnancy, it quickly evolved into a life
changing experience. Rachel not only began to experience the physical
benefits that come from practicing yoga, but the positive effects it
created off of the mat as well. Throughout her day she began to become
more present in each moment, she felt much calmer and her mind felt
clear, ready to take on life's next challenge.
Rachel's passion for yoga grew and she decided she wanted to share
yoga's many benefits with others. She became certified to teach yoga
through Yogafit and currently continues her teacher training. Rachel
is certified to teach pre-natal yoga and encourages pregnant mothers to
experience the gift of yoga during this important time in their life.
One of Rachel's favorite things is to hear new students say that they
are now 'hooked' on yoga because she knows it is opening a new path
for them. A path which leads to increased physical fitness, decreased
stress, a clear mind and an open heart.

Marjorie Montufar is a Hatha Flow Certified Yoga Instructor at the 200 Hour Level. She began practicing yoga in September of 2008. Marjorie began Yoga as a tool for weight loss and stayed with Yoga because the breath awareness calmed her mind. She decided to become a yoga teacher for the simple fact that it works. Yoga works to calm the mind, which in turns eases the stress in the body, which then helps prevent stress related illness. It’s a beautiful ripple effect.

Marjorie’s classes will have flowing sequences linking movement and breath; with the intention of staying in present time. Marjorie will also have you hold poses which will ground you and help you stay focused in your breath and body. The mantra of her classes is always first and foremost breath awareness. The intention of her teaching is to have students leave class feeling strong and calm not just in there body but also in their mind.

She will demonstrate poses, offer modifications and clear instruction that can be followed by beginners but challenging enough for those with more experience in yoga.
