Stacy Burnham

Stacy Burnham is an ACE certified personal trainer and mother of three. Running and fitness has been her passion since the age of 16, but after having three children she was holding on to several pounds from each child. She was determined to get back to a healthier weight and in doing so it reignited her passion for fitness.
 
She reached her goal of completing the Disney Marathon and has placed top three in many other runs including 5k's, 10k's, mud-runs and 1/2 marathons. Stacy knows the challenges of losing and maintaining the weight, especially with the daily struggle of family demands, which led her to become a personal trainer in hopes to help others in their weight loss adventure.

Boot Camp

Come join us for a whole body strength and cardio workout in one session.

This workout is designed to burn fat and build a lean physique.
We focus on:running drills, calisthenics - body weight or light weight exercises such as lunges, squats and push ups.plyometrics - these exercises usually involve some degree of jumping, but Stacy does a great job modifing them to accomodate those with knee, ankle and hip issues. Please arrive to your first boot camp to let her know at the beginning of class if there are any issues you have that may require modifications.weight lifting.  Come for a month to jump start your weight loss or fitness goals, or make it part of your regular weekly routine.
