This chronic state of stress can deplete the body, causing hormonal imbalance and depression. Replenishing the adrenal system is essential in maintaining good health and well-being. A dough made up of black-gram flour is placed on the kidney and adrenal areas and warm oil is poured and allowed to sit there, allowing the cells to benefit from the nourishing effects of these oils. Rate: about 60 minutes $75 Netra Basti (eyes) -The gram flour ring is placed around the eyes. Warm triphala ghee or herbal oil is squeezed into the ring. The eyes get soaked in herbal oil for about 15 minutes. Rate:  60 minute $75 Shiro Abhyanga (Indian Head Massage)- Traditional Indian head massage removing both emotional and physical energy blockages, while activating hair and hair roots. The increase in circulation and lymph flow helps treat headaches or migraines as well as balances the rest of the body.
