**Instructions**

Gift certificates are for a dollar amount.  If you would like to get a 1 hour massage, just enter $49 as the amount.  

If you are getting a spa package, just enter the amount of the package or special.  If you would like to include tip that is fine, just include that in your amount and you can make note of it in the "Note to put on certificate" box.  This would be a good place to indicate the name of the spa package you are getting for the gift.
