**Instructions**
Gift certificates are for a dollar amount. If you would like to get a 1 hour massage, just enter $49 as the amount. You can also make a purchase for a dollar amount and let the recipient decide what services she/he wants.
If you are getting a spa package, just enter the amount of the package. If you would like to include tip that is fine, just include that in your amount and you can make note of it in the "Note to put on certificate" box. The "Note to put on certificate" box would also be a good place to indicate the name of the spa package you are getting for the gift.
