FAQs
Q1. How
do you keep your prices so low and what kind of clients do you serve?
A. We are able to offer low-priced
massages from
highly qualified therapists mainly because we do what we can to keep
overhead low. Most massage facilities have a large overhead to cover so
they either bring in less experienced massage therapists they can pay a
below market wage to, or they overprice their services.
Dr.
Binner, D.C., offers his acupuncture and chiropractic care at such a low
rate because he wants more people to be able to experience these
treatments. His number one concern is always patient
care.
We
serve clients of all ages. We have hard working moms, stressed out
dads, grandparents, athletes and just about anyone you can imagine come to
us for services. We offer a wide variety of services and our
therapists can get in there and get some work done or just relax
you.
Q2. What can I look forward to
when I come to your facility?
A. Very personal attention.
Massage is a special relationship between client and therapist that we
treat with the utmost respect. We
have four massage rooms so traffic is held to a
minimum on purpose. We understand that each client expects a service
that is unique to his/her individual needs. Service is the key word,
and we do what we can at all times to focus our attention on you. The
atmosphere is calm and relaxed and the therapists understand that some
clients want complete silence and others desire conversation. We want
you to unwind and let go of as much of life's stress as possible.
With
Dr. Binner, D.C., you will experience his 15 years of patient care.
His calm, relaxing demeanor will make you feel welcome and
comfortable. He will be open and honest and treat you with the utmost
respect.
Q3. What should I wear
for my massage?
A. For Swedish/relaxation, hot stone, deep tissue
or prenatal, wear whatever you like. For these modalities the
therapist will leave the room and allow you to undress in private and give
you time to get on the table and under the sheets. Your modesty will
be protected at all times, and draping will always be used. Only the
body part being massaged at that time will be exposed.
For Shiatsu, Yoga,
therapeutic stretching or Chair Massage wear comfortable cotton clothes.
These modalities are clothed and there will be stretching and movement, so
to be comfortable and to get the most from the session it is recommended
that you wear "sweats" or other "work out" type attire.
Q4. What can I expect from
acupuncture?
A. Dr. Binner, D.C., has been
practicing acupuncture for 15 years. He understands that balancing
the body helps alleviate symptoms. His goal is to help your body
find its balance. His background as a doctor only gives him a
greater understanding of how the body works and what the best approach to
healing may be.
Q5. What
payment types do you accept?
A. Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover, Gift Cards, Cash, Check and Health FlexSpend
Account Cards.
Q6. I've never had a
massage before. Is a tip expected?
A. Many of the clients
tip, generally between 15-20% for their services.
Q7. What is the
Massage a Month Club?
A. First of all it
is important to know that no memberships are ever required to receive our
low prices. The Massage a Month Club allows a few more
perks. Read all the
details
here. Also, you will never receive a sales blitz from us.
We are not here to sell memberships.
Those who join the club
receive extra discounts on acupuncture and chiropractic care.
Q8. What are your
hours?
A. We take
appointments generally between 9 am and 7 pm (with the last appointment
ending a 8 pm), 7 days a week. We sometimes take appointments
outside these hours as the need arises. Dr. Binner, D.C., is
available from 9:30 until 6:30 and Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Q9. Do you
accept same day appointments?
A. Yes. We do get busy so please keep that in mind.

Drive. We are across from the Round Rock Post Office and less than
